CTAT, LLC

CTAT was founded in 1989 and has been a national leader for 29 years working with corporate, government, education, profit and non-profit organizations. We started a new chapter as CTAT, LLC in 2015 with continued expertise in leadership and organizational development and effectiveness; performance coaching and consulting; strengthening the skills of professionals who serve individuals with disabilities facing barriers to community employment and inclusion; and training for brain injury survivors and family members. CTAT has been retained in 2018 by the Brain Injury Hope Foundation (BIHF) to deliver eight grant-funded Survivor Series events for brain injury survivors, family members, professionals who serve this community, friends, and care-givers.

Getting Hit, Getting Up, Moving Beyond: My Journey Through Brain Injury is the compelling story of one woman’s challenges as she faced sequential “hits” and how she handled adversity with resilience time after time.

"We’ve used The Articulate Leader program to prepare our up-and-coming leaders to have greater visibility and credibility with clients and executive management. I’ve been truly impressed with the advances I’ve seen in their performance as they present with greater clarity and confidence."

Kathy Kerr, President, MAXIMUS Human Services North America

"This has been the best workshop I have EVER attended. The coursemates work well together and along with the facilitator, we all developed a great friendship. I loved the “impromptu” thinking on your feet. One of my most memorable parts of the program was seeing the growth and progress in my coursemates and myself."

Stephanie, Voorhees College, Denmark SC

"The facilitator was very helpful and patient when critiquing our presentations. The tools that were provided helped us prepare for a presentation and lower our anxiety."
Tara, Roosevelt University

"Thank you, Joanne! It was an amazing two days and we accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. Thank you for being such an exceptional, warm and engaging guide!"
